As a Senior Manager in the Group Regulatory Affairs team, you will be responsible for managing effective and proactive engagement with our key regulators to help deliver our regulatory strategy.
Group Regulatory Affairs drives a consistent and cohesive approach to regulatory interactions that promotes open, constructive, and co-operative regulatory relationships, building mutual trust and confidence between our regulators and Westpac.
We are a high-performing team who are trusted partners and fast enablers, providing leadership and oversight for sound risk management and safeguarding the Group as we aspire to be our customers #1 bank and partner through life.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the Group, providing expert advice and helping shape Westpac’s regulatory strategy from the inside out.
This is a fulltime, permanent role based in either Sydney or Melbourne with flexible and hybrid working.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong stakeholder management skills, sound regulatory judgement and the ability to build trusted relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
