Job summary

The role focuses on developing BI products and services to inform operational policing, corporate strategies and decision making, using Python, SQL, Power BI and other analytics tools.

You will drive consumable insights, dashboards, and reports to enable data-driven decisions at operational, tactical and strategic levels, and mentor data professionals across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI teams and delivering BI products.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL and Power BI.
• Experience with large language models and modern data analytics tools.
• Ability to inform operational policing and business decisions.
