Job summary

Commonwealth Bank's CommSec Data and Insights COE seeks an Advanced Analytics Manager to lead BI, reporting, and analytics initiatives. You will work with SQL, Python, and AWS to extract insights and support risk, compliance, and customer decisions.

In this hybrid Sydney-based role, you will deliver analytics across multiple platforms, build dashboards, and shape the analytical roadmap. You will mentor the COE team and drive AI/ML-driven solutions for business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale data analytics and data governance.
• Proven ability to build automated analytical workflows.
• Experience delivering advanced analytics solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BI, reporting, and analytics solutions to support decision-making.
• Analyse data from CommSec and Group platforms to provide insights across compliance, risk, and performance.
• Develop dashboards and perform impact and trend analysis to drive recommendations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Digital, and Product teams to shape analytics backlog.
• Upskill COE in AI, ML, and agentics foundations.
