Job summary

AESTEC is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our civil maintenance teams in the Yarwun project, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and strong client relationships.

You will mentor Supervisors and frontline staff, foster a safety-first culture, and collaborate with senior management to meet operational goals and drive continuous improvement. Local Gladstone-based, with a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for people, safety and team culture.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience in civil, mining, construction or industrial operations is highly regarded but not essential.
• Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not required.
