Job summary

Accenture PLC in Australia is seeking Consultants to join our Talent & Organisation practice in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, bringing experience in Change Management, HR Transformation or Talent.

You’ll help clients navigate transformation, improve how they support and develop their people, and build capabilities for the future through workshops, analysis and practical recommendations.

You’ll help clients navigate transformation, improve how they support and develop their people, and build capabilities for the future.

What you’ll do

Depending on your expertise and client engagement, you’ll:

• Support the design and delivery of change, HR and talent transformation programs.
• Conduct research and analysis, translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables, including assessments, presentations, communications and implementation plans.
• Help plan and facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Work with client teams to implement solutions, track progress and measure outcomes.
• Contribute ideas and share knowledge across our Talent & Organisation practice.

What you’ll bring

Experience in consulting or a relevant industry role, with skills in one or more of these areas:

• Change Management: Change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness or adoption.
• HR Transformation: HR processes, operating models, employee experience, HR service delivery or HR technology implementation.
• Talent: Talent management, learning and capability development, skills-based approaches, workforce planning or performance management.
