Lake Imaging in Victoria is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead Radiographers and staff in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging across the West metro region. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centred care, with proven mammography experience and a track record of staff development and roster coordination.

Qualifications

Degree in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training.
Extensive experience and competency in mammography.
Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a high quality efficient medical imaging service to patients and referrers.
Ensuring adequate staffing levels for the clinic and rostering across the region.
Coordination of ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high service provision.
Establishment and development of networks in the community for client understanding and satisfaction.
