Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking a Mammography Supervisor to lead Radiographers and staff in the West metro region, ensuring high-quality patient care. You will supervise and direct teams, coordinate staff education, and collaborate with radiologists and management to sustain excellent service delivery.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to patient-first care, including checks such as Police and Working with Children Clearances.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration.
• Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training.
• Extensive experience and competency in mammography.
• Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality, efficient medical imaging service for patients and referrers.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and collaborate on rostering across the region.
• Coordinate ongoing education, support and professional development for staff.
• Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high service levels.
• Establish and develop networks to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction
