Job summary

REGROUP is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our Wiluna site. You will lead a team of mechanics and contractors, planning and executing preventative and breakdown maintenance for a range of mobile plant equipment on-site.

The role requires strong planning, leadership, and safety focus, with 8:6 rosters and on-site accommodation. Join a growing team delivering reliable equipment performance in a remote mining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising a maintenance team on a mine site.
• Certificate III Mobile Plant Technology (preferred).
• Must have S26 Statutory Supervisor Course.
• National Police Clearance and White Card required.
• Strong maintenance planning and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment.
• Lead and support a team of mechanics and contractors.
• Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs.
• Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop processes.
• Ensure full WHS compliance and site safety requirements.
• Work with site leadership to meet KPI's.

Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor | Full-Time Permanent | 8:6 Roster | Attractive Remuneration | Wiluna, WA

ReGroup is seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to assist overseeing maintenance operations in our project workshop. This role is vital to maintaining the reliability and performance of our mobile plant equipment and side tipper road trains, ensuring safety and efficiency across site operations.

Location: Wiluna, WA - Potash mine site

Roster: 8:6 - days only - Tuesday fly In/Out

Flights Covered From: Perth

Accommodation & Meals: provided onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment
• Lead and support a team of capable mechanics and contractors
• Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs
• Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop process
• Ensure full compliance with WHS and site safety requirements
• Work closely with site leadership to meet KPI's

About You

• Proven experience supervising a workshop/maintenance team on a mine site
• Cert III Mobile Plant Technology Trade qualification (preferred)
• Must have S26 (Statutory Supervisor Course)
• National Police Clearance and White Card required
• Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance and planningExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement
