Qualifikationen

• Mobile Plant Technology trade qualification and diesel fitter background.
• Current S26 Supervisor ticket.
• At least 18 months' supervisory mining experience.
• Experience maintaining heavy mobile plant (CAT/Hitachi/Komatsu/Liebherr).
• Australian driver’s licence and ability to pass medical screening.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for an immediate-start, three-month contract at Telfer Mine, Western Australia. Working an 8/6 roster across day and night shifts, you’ll lead the maintenance crew, coordinate daily work and help keep the site’s heavy mobile plant operating safely and reliably.

About the role

• Supervise maintenance activities and support the delivery of the maintenance plan
• Lead pre-starts, allocate work and monitor progress throughout each shift
• Coordinate planned maintenance and breakdown work with planning and operations teams
• Promote safe work practices and maintain clear communication across the crew

What you’ll need

• Australian-recognised Mobile Plant Technology trade qualification and a diesel fitter background
• Current S26 Supervisor ticket
• At least 18 months' experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a mining environment
• Strong experience maintaining heavy mobile plant, including CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu and/or Liebherr equipment
• Sound safety leadership and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
