REGROUP is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our Wiluna site. You will lead a team of mechanics and contractors, planning and executing preventative and breakdown maintenance for a range of mobile plant equipment on-site.
The role requires strong planning, leadership, and safety focus, with 8:6 rosters and on-site accommodation. Join a growing team delivering reliable equipment performance in a remote mining environment.
Competenze
- Proven experience supervising a maintenance team on a mine site.
- Certificate III Mobile Plant Technology (preferred).
- Must have S26 Statutory Supervisor Course.
- National Police Clearance and White Card required.
- Strong maintenance planning and safety focus.
Mansioni
- Supervise daily maintenance of production mining equipment.
- Lead and support a team of mechanics and contractors.
- Plan, schedule and execute preventative and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely repairs.
- Oversee parts inventory, procurement and workshop processes.
- Ensure full WHS compliance and site safety requirements.
- Work with site leadership to meet KPI's.
