Job summary

Dyno Nobel at Curragh is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will drive safe, reliable maintenance and collaborate with Operations and HSE to meet site priorities.

Based at Curragh, with FIFO, DIDO or residential options, you will coach technicians and ensure accountability on a 7x7 roster. You will also coordinate planning, scheduling and risk reviews while fostering a proactive safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in heavy industry.
• Proven ability to coach and develop technicians.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management across departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely and in line with site procedures.
• Provide visible in-field leadership and coach the team.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for efficient execution.
• Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to meet site needs.
• Manage team performance and foster accountability and safety.
• Support maintenance execution, investigations and risk reviews.
• Drive communication between Maintenance and Operations.
