Job summary

Emeco at Vickery Mine is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance of a heavy diesel fleet. You’ll manage a skilled on-site team, oversee breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs, and drive preventative maintenance to maximise fleet availability and safety.

You’ll work on a 7:7 DIDO roster with camp accommodation, meals provided, a competitive package and vehicle. This role offers clear career progression within a mine site environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining.
• Strong Heavy Diesel Mechanical / mobile plant background.
• Experience with diagnostics, breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability.

Your Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance function and ensuring equipment is maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll:

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance personnel
• Oversee breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
• Drive preventative maintenance and fleet availability
• Ensure maintenance schedules, targets and KPIs are achieved
• Work closely with site leadership, clients and internal teams
• Champion a strongsafety-first culture
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance performance and reliability

What You’ll Bring

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights
