Job summary

MACA Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead rebuilding and repair of crushing assets at Muchea, WA. You will oversee yard operations, manage trades and contractors, and ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

The role requires extensive breakdowns, diagnostics and repair across crushers and mobile plant, with a mechanical trade qualification and a current WA driver’s licence. You will mentor teams and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.

• WA driver’s licence and relevant high-risk tickets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of jaw crushers, cone crushers, and conveyors.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate contractors.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor equipment condition for safe and efficient operation.
• Ensure defects are reported and actions tracked.

Job description

MACA Crushing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based out of Muchea. In this key role, you will be responsible for the rebuilding and repair of crushing assets, as well as overseeing yard operations and managing trades and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge of jaw crushers, cone crusher and conveyors.
• Previous experience on Terex, Metso, Striker and McCloskey crushing equipment advantageous.
• Monitor equipment condition to ensure mechanically sound and efficient operation.
• Daily supervision and coordination of maintenance and contracting personnel.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair across crushers and mobile plant fleet
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Hold a current WA drivers’ licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the.
