Job summary

MACA Mining is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead site maintenance at Cape Preston on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

You will supervise maintenance teams, optimise plant utilization, and uphold MACA's safety and quality standards at a large magnetite operation in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to MT4400 trucks and Liebherr excavators.
• Heavy Diesel trade qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of site maintenance personnel including apprentices and sub-contractors to ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure optimal utilisation of plant and equipment to limit down time.
• Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdown or backlog as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Ensure all work is completed as scheduled to MACA quality and safety standards.
• Ensure that monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures are utilised to improve maintenance processes.

MACA Mining are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Cape Preston, working an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth.

Key Responsibilities

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.
• Exposure to MT4400 Trucks and Liebherr Excavators.
• Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification or similar.
• Statutory Declaration Training Supervisor Schedule 26.
• Experience with AMT preferred
• Sound knowledge of mobile plant and equipment best practice and operational performance.
• Current drivers' licence. (HR Desirable)
