Job summary

MACA Crushing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Muchea. You will be responsible for rebuilding and repairing crushing assets, while supervising yard operations and coordinating trades and contractors.

We seek a mechanically qualified leader with extensive crusher experience, a current WA drivers license, and high-risk tickets. You will drive safe, efficient maintenance across our mobile plant fleet and provide guidance to a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Extensive experience with crushers and mobile plant.
• WA driver's license and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate contractors.

MACA Crushing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based out of Muchea. In this key role, you will be responsible for the rebuilding and repair of crushing assets, as well as overseeing yard operations and managing trades and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of jaw crushers, cone crusher and conveyors.
• Previous experience on Terex, Metso, Striker and McCloskey crushing equipment advantageous.
• Monitor equipment condition to ensure mechanically sound and efficient operation.
• Daily supervision and coordination of maintenance and contracting personnel.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair across crushers and mobile plant fleet
• Competent planning & time management skills
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Hold a current WA drivers' licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the.
