MACA is seeking a permanent Maintenance Supervisor for the Beebyn-W11 project on a permanent, full-time basis, rostered 8/6 and 7/7 FIFO (DS:NS). The Beebyn-W11 mine is located in WA and MACA, as a Thiess company, is a trusted contractor in mining and construction.

The role requires leading mobile maintenance teams, strong diagnostics skills, and a mechanical trade qualification. Benefits include a competitive salary, parental leave, wellbeing resources, salary packaging, refer-and-earn program

Competenze

• Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
• Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair across mobile fleet.
• Trade-qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Current WA driver's license and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.

MACA is seeking a permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join our Beebyn-W11 project on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6, 7/7 FIFO (DS:NS) roster.

The Beebyn-W11 iron ore mine, owned by Fenix Resources, is located 20km from the Iron Ridge operation in the Mid-West region and is expected to produce 1.5 Mtpa.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
• Have extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across all mobile fleet.
• Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
• Experience with CMMS - JDE advantageous
• Hold a current WA drivers' licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
