Job summary

Manildra Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Storeperson to join our Maintenance Team at the Manildra Flour Mills site in regional NSW. You will manage the maintenance stores, handle procurement, and ensure accurate ERP stock records.

You will source quotations, raise purchase orders, and maintain MSDS records, with a focus on safety and accuracy. A forklift licence and driver’s licence are preferred, with opportunities for development in a large manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including Excel, email and basic ERP usage.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Logical, methodical approach to problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Current Forklift Licence and unrestricted driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Raise and issue purchase orders for spare parts, tools, materials and equipment.
• Receive and process maintenance inventory into the ERP system.
• Maintain stock levels to support preventative maintenance and shutdown activities.
• Ensure maintenance stores are organised, safe and well-documented (MSDS records).
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of parts.
