Manildra Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Storeperson to join our Maintenance Team at the Manildra Flour Mills site in regional NSW. You will manage the maintenance stores, handle procurement, and ensure accurate ERP stock records.
You will source quotations, raise purchase orders, and maintain MSDS records, with a focus on safety and accuracy. A forklift licence and driver’s licence are preferred, with opportunities for development in a large manufacturing setting.

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Maintenance Storeperson to join our Maintenance Team at our Manildra Flour Mills site in regional NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys inventory management, purchasing, and supporting maintenance operations in a large and diverse manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the maintenance stores and inventory systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers.
Raising and issuing purchase orders for spare parts, tools, materials and equipment.
Receiving and accurately processing maintenance inventory into the ERP system.
Maintaining stock levels to support preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, capital projects and shutdown activities.
Ensuring maintenance stores are organised, efficient and maintained to a high safety standard.
Managing Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) records and lubrication registers.
Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and availability of critical parts and consumables.

A current Forklift Licence and unrestricted driver's licence.
While not essential, the following will be highly regarded:
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and spare parts identification.
Experience with computerised inventory or stores management systems.
Experience using MEX and SAP.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial or maintenance environment.
