Modus Projects is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team in Cronulla, NSW. This role supports clients across Australia by coordinating maintenance works, scheduling trades and managing work orders from start to finish while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works across Australia.
• Scheduling trades and subcontractors.
• Managing work orders from start to completion while achieving customer KPIs.
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Coordinating urgent maintenance requests.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and technicians.
• Maintaining accurate job records and updates.
