Job summary

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering and innovative technology solutions, seeks a Maintenance Plan Coordinator in Alice Springs to support safe, compliant, and effective maintenance operations. Reporting to the SSC Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate planning and scheduling across maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Certificate IV or higher in Planning and Scheduling (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Trade qualification (desirable).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; proactive problem-solving and quality control.
• Current valid Driver's License.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (desirable).
• White Card qualification (desirable).
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan work activities using the site CMMS.
• Determine and monitor resource capacities to develop detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance.
• Prepare documentation to access systems and equipment requiring maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to realise goals.
• Ensure CMMS data is accurate and consistent.
• Be flexible to complete planning and scheduling objectives.
• Promote health and safety practices at site.
