Job summary

Osmoflo Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a motivated Maintenance Planner to join the National Operations & Maintenance team. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the CMMS, developing preventive maintenance plans, scheduling work, and reporting on asset performance.

You will collaborate with service technicians and operational teams to maximise reliability across a diverse portfolio of water treatment assets, while ensuring safety, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance planning.
• Ability to interpret maintenance documentation and manufacturer recommendations.
• Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
• Managing work order planning, backlog reviews and scheduling activities.
• Supporting Service Technicians in the effective use of the CMMS.
• Establishing and maintaining asset registers and maintenance strategies.
• Monitoring statutory maintenance compliance and critical maintenance activities.
• Producing maintenance performance reports and analytics.
• Contributing to maintenance review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting CMMS implementation and optimisation projects.
• Maintaining technical asset documentation and records.
• Conducting site visits to assess asset condition and build relationships with operational teams.
• Ensuring maintenance activities align with safety, quality and compliance requirements.
