Job summary

Blackbook Recruitment partners with an industry-leading food manufacturing organisation in Caboolture to appoint an experienced Maintenance Planner. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and scheduling maintenance to support safety, reliability and site efficiency.

You will manage CMMS data, develop weekly/monthly schedules including shutdowns, and coordinate labour, materials and contractors to minimise downtime and control costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms such as MEX or SAP.
• Ability to coordinate trades, materials, and contractors to ensure efficient delivery.
• Understanding of budgeting, procurement, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across site operations.
• Develop weekly, monthly and shutdown maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate labour, materials, spare parts, tools and contractors.
• Ensure work orders are closed out and records maintained.
• Maintain CMMS data including PM schedules and asset information.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure availability of parts and equipment.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking and reporting for maintenance.
