Job summary

Springbok Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Burleigh, QLD team. The role requires organising maintenance scopes, creating schedules, and ensuring parts, tools, and documentation are managed effectively within our CMMS.

You will coordinate with operations and subcontractors to balance factory goals with repair needs, while upholding safety standards and company policies. Immediate start available, full-time position on site.

Qualifications

• Level of skill commensurate with AQF Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma or Diploma with maintenance planning focus.
• 1+ year of relevant experience required; or 3+ years substituting for formal qualification.

Responsibilities

• Define scopes, instructions, and time estimates before maintenance tasks begin.
• Ensure spare parts and tools are available, ordered, and organized.
• Design and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Create and track work orders and inventory in CMMS.
• Coordinate with operations, stockrooms, and subcontractors.
• Ensure procedures meet safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop schedules based on equipment needs and factory timelines.
• Coordinate labour, materials and external vendors for tasks.
• Initiate requests, plan scheduling, and analyze maintenance activities.
