Autumn Aged Care, proudly part of Infinite Aged Care, is seeking a reliable maintenance person to keep our home safe, welcoming and well maintained for residents and staff. The role covers building repairs, grounds upkeep and proactive and reactive maintenance, Monday to Friday.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks, manage maintenance requests promptly, and work with external contractors while upholding health and safety standards. A current driver’s licence is required.

• Previous experience in building, grounds or facilities maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical hands-on approach.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Friendly communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Current driver's licence.
• Trade qualification highly regarded but not essential.

Responsabilidades

This is an exciting full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in maintaining buildings, gardens and facilities to a high standard.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance, grounds upkeep and ensuring our home remains safe, functional and welcoming for residents, visitors and team members.
