Service Stream is seeking a proactive Maintenance Performance Specialist to optimise maintenance programs for the UU MECS contract in South East Queensland. You will lead asset and maintenance planning, collaborate with planners and leaders, and drive reporting and cost-improvement initiatives to meet TCOM objectives.

The role requires 3-5 years in water infrastructure maintenance delivery, a relevant trade or degree, and a white card with an unrestricted driver’s license.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience in delivery and optimisation of water infrastructure maintenance programs.
• Experience with maintenance activities for water and wastewater networks is advantageous.
• Trade certificate or engineering/construction degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance optimisation initiatives to improve asset performance, reliability, compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the annual Total Cost of Maintenance (TCOM) program and forecasts.
• Create reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPIs for decision-making.
• Support budget development, forecasting, resource planning and savings reporting.
• Maintain governance and action tracking for optimisation initiatives.
