Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Lead (Lead Maintenance Works Coordinator) in Queensland to lead a team of Works Coordinators across critical water and wastewater assets. You will drive planning, prioritisation and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and KPI alignment.

Reporting to the Asset & Optimisation Manager, you will deliver on-time delivery, schedule compliance and continuous improvement while operating in a fast-paced environment and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in planning/scheduling or 5+ years in maintenance/operations
• Experience leading a team
• Familiarity with asset management systems and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Works Coordinators to deliver against schedule, delivery, and efficiency KPIs.
• Govern planning and scheduling activities to ensure high schedule compliance, forward planning, and optimisation.
