Job summary

GDev is seeking an organised Maintenance Coordinator to support customers and the Construction team after handover. You will manage maintenance requests from enquiry to completion, coordinating customers, Site Supervisors, trades and suppliers, with backup support for utilities and subdivision documentation.

You will enjoy solving problems, meeting deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, while maintaining accurate records in company systems. All applications remain confidential.

Qualifications

• Administration, coordination or customer service experience, ideally within construction.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and follow matters through to completion.
• A positive, practical and proactive approach.
• Experience with Onsite Companion, building maintenance, subdivisions or utilities will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Managing maintenance and defect requests from report through to close out.
• Coordinating inspections and works with customers, site supervisors, trades and suppliers.
• Tracking outstanding actions and keeping customers and sellers informed.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Identifying and escalating urgent or high risk matters.
• Coordinating subdivision documentation, applications and approvals.
• Providing backup support for utilities coordination, when required.

You’ll manage maintenance requests from initial enquiry through to completion, coordinating customers, Site Supervisors, trades and suppliers. You’ll also assist with subdivisions and provide backup support for utilities, giving you exposure to several areas of residential construction.
