Job summary

GDev is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support customers and the Construction team after handover on the Gold Coast. You will manage maintenance requests from enquiry through to completion, coordinating customers, site supervisors, trades and suppliers, and assisting with subdivisions while backing up utilities coordination.

Qualifications

• Administration, coordination or customer service experience, ideally within construction.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow matters through to completion.
• Positive, practical and proactive approach.
• Experience with onsite processes or utilities coordination will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and defect requests from report through to close out.
• Coordinate inspections and works with customers, site supervisors, trades and suppliers.
• Track outstanding actions and keep customers and sellers informed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Identify and escalate urgent or high risk matters.
• Coordinate subdivision documentation, applications and approvals.
• Provide backup support for utilities coordination, when required.

GDev is looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support our customers and Construction team after handover.

You’ll manage maintenance requests from initial enquiry through to completion, coordinating customers, Site Supervisors, trades and suppliers. You’ll also assist with subdivisions and provide backup support for utilities, giving you exposure to several areas of residential construction.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
