Job summary

Background in project administration with procurement support experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage contract documentation, support tender processes, and assist with contract administration.
Coordinate works delivery by preparing management plans, maintaining training records, coordinating training and assessments, responding to public enquiries, and conducting asset inspections.
Collect, analyse project data and prepare reports to support management decisions.
Provide administrative support and act as a contact for suppliers and customers.
Maintain and improve Quality, WHS, and Environmental systems.
Contribute to procurement and resource planning.
