Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking a full-time Works Support Officer to maintain and support delivery of scheduled works in the Mid North Coast region, based in Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour. The role requires onsite presence with no hybrid arrangement and a requirement to reside within 75 km of the depot.

Responsibilities include contract documentation, tender support, training coordination, data reporting and procurement support, ensuring quality and safety systems are maintained.

• Demonstrated background in projects administration.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance support activities to facilitate delivery of scheduled works.
• Prepare and manage contract documentation, support tender processes, and assist contract administration.
• Coordinate works delivery by preparing management plans, training records, coordinating training and assessments, responding to public enquiries, and conducting asset inspections.
• Collect, maintain and analyse project and works data, and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Provide administrative support and act as a key point of contact for team members, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain and improve Quality, WHS, and Environmental systems, supporting resource planning and procurement, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
