Job summary

Glencore is recruiting a Maintenance Boilermaker for Clermont Open Cut. The role involves day-to-day maintenance, reliability improvements, and hands-on welding in a large mining operation.

You will work on a 7/7 rotating dayshift/nightshift roster, with FIFO options and a competitive benefits package designed to attract experienced trade personnel. A strong safety focus and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking/Welding) required.
• GCAA Level 2 welding competency essential.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a large mining operation.
• QLD Driver's Licence essential.

• Maintain a reliability mindset and contribute to maintenance outcomes.
• Work in a team environment and also unsupervised during breakdowns.
• Follow safe work practices at all times.
• Maintain high attention to detail and housekeeping standards.
