Common Equity Housing Ltd (CEHL) is Australia’s largest co-operative housing provider. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to manage reactive, planned and cyclical maintenance across Victoria, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to standard obligations.

You will work within a collaborative team, applying your knowledge of CMMS and strong customer service to support safe, compliant and high-quality housing services for renters and co-operatives.

Qualifications

• Three+ years coordinating residential maintenance or similar facilities management within housing or asset admin.
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act, OH&S, and Privacy legislation.
• Experience in customer service and working in a community/ member-based organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritise and coordinate responsive, planned and cyclical maintenance across Victoria.
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver renter-centred outcomes.
