Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking experienced machine operators for Laverton with CNC training or existing CNC experience. These ongoing roles offer a temp-to-perm pathway in a major manufacturing business committed to growth and quality.

You will operate metal production machines, with on-the-job training for CNC and laser cutting, in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates should bring production-floor experience, the ability to read basic plans, and a commitment to regular shifts

Qualifications

• Machine operating experience in a production environment.
• Ability to manage and set up machines as required.
• Exposure to reading basic plans and drawings for planning and set up.
• Production environment experience (ideally within a sheet metal operation).
• Safety focussed.
• Ability to commit to a regular work pattern.
• Reliable and committed team focus.

Immediate opportunities for experienced Machine Operators already in, or looking to move into the CNC space. Laverton location. Ongoing Roles $$$

You may come from a brake press, folding or bending background, or have experience with laser cutting machines. These are ongoing opportunities with a major manufacturing business contuning to expand its footprint in the marketplace. With a new facility opening these are immediate opportunities for the right cadidates.

• Machine operation in the a metal production environment
