Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators for immediate openings in Laverton, Australia. Roles involve machine operation with CNC training and exposure to laser cutting.

These positions offer ongoing opportunities with a major manufacturing business and potential temp-to-perm conversion. Successful candidates will come from a sheet metal or related production background, be safety-focused, reliable, and able to work Monday to Friday in a regular pattern.

Qualifications

• Machine operating experience in a production environment.
• Ability to read basic plans/drawings for setup.
• Safety focussed and compliant with site procedures.
• Reliable with ability to commit to a regular work pattern.
• Exposure to sheet metal production is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in a metal production environment.
• Set up machines for various jobs and tasks.
• Adjust and monitor machines as trained.
• Assist with laser cutting machines as required and trained.
