Job summary

Transcend Workforce in Sunshine North is seeking an experienced Night Shift Machine Operator to run heavy-duty steel cutting and bending machines in a fast-paced workshop. You will operate with a gantry crane, load steel coils or bars, monitor feeding and bending operations, and perform quality checks against bar schedules.

Must be available for training on day shift for 3–4 weeks, and you must have full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Proven machine operation experience is essential.
• Background in manufacturing or steel reinforcement.
• Knowledge of rebar types and grades is a bonus.
• Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.
• Must have full Australian working rights.
• Experience from a heavy manufacturing environment is essential for this role.

Sunshine North

Transcend Workforce is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading steel manufacturing and reinforcement workshop based in Sunshine North. You'll be operating cutting and bending machines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be available to train on day shift 3 - 4 weeks.

Sunday 11:00 pm–7:00 am
Monday to Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am

Training:

3–4 weeks on day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm.
