Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to operate steel processing equipment and support production in Somersby NSW. Immediate start and ongoing role with a stable afternoon shift.

You will set up machines, monitor quality, safely handle steel products, and keep a clean, safe workspace while supporting the production team to keep jobs moving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating steel or manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with roll forming, slitting, folding, or press brake operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift licence highly regarded (not essential).
