Bega Group in Penrith, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Blow Moulding Operator to safely set up and run blow moulding machines for a wide range of bottles, in a 24/7 production environment. The role focuses on quality, safety and achieving output targets.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, use production technology, and ensure documentation is accurate. A trades background and strong teamwork are valued, and a pre-employment medical and a current Australian driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is desirable.
• Mechanically minded with a background in trades is highly regarded.
• Comfortable using technology for production, safety, quality and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year – receiving and processing milk 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year!
