Job summary

The Malanda dairy site of Bega Group is seeking a full-time Production Operator to support the blow moulding department. You will perform basic machine operation, monitor quality, and help with daily production tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Training will be provided for suitable candidates; you should be mechanically minded, reliable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team. A strong focus on safety and quality is essential for success in this role at our Malanda

• Support the Team Leader/Leading Hand with daily production activities

Job description

The Role

Our Malanda dairy site located in tropical North Queensland, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from over 40 farms within minutes from the factory. The site currently produces around 40 million litres of product every year! Potential candidates would ideally have a background working in manufacturing, have experience in operating machine, being able to solve and undertake minor mechanical repairs or corrections competently, safely and in a timely manner. Blow moulding experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidate.
