Workforce Extensions is seeking experienced Machine Operators for ongoing Monday-to-Friday work with an immediate start on the Gold Coast. The role offers consistent hours, weekly overtime, and the potential for long-term employment for the right candidate.

Day and night shifts are available, with seven hours of overtime each week. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity designed for reliable, safety-focused operators who can start immediately.

Qualifications

• This role requires recent machine-operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in the steel industry is preferred.
• Candidates must be physically fit for manual tasks.
• Must hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport.
• Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing may be required.
• Available for immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on a Monday–Friday roster with day or night shifts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a steel production environment.
• Perform manual tasks as required and report issues promptly.
• Support overtime and a potential permanent position.
