Job summary

SEEK is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to run semi-automated production equipment in a practical, fast-paced environment. You will take ownership of setup, changeovers and performance tuning, troubleshoot faults, and perform routine maintenance to minimise downtime.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, meeting production targets and contributing to a team that values experience and practical knowledge. Permanent full-time with early finishes on Fridays offers long-term stability.
