Omni Recruit in South Windsor is seeking experienced Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team on a 12-hour rotating roster. You will operate machinery, monitor processes, assemble/test components, perform quality checks and record production data.

The role offers 12-hour day/night shifts, 4–5 days off, weekend penalties (Sat 1.5x, Sun 2x), with on-the-job training and immediate start. A solid manufacturing background and reliable transport are preferred.

MACHINE OPERATOR – 12-HOUR ROTATING ROSTER

We’re looking for experienced Machine / Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturer in South Windsor, producing quality products for the water treatment industry.

WORK 12-HOUR SHIFTS & GET 4–5 DAYS OFF!

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

• 12-hour rotating day & night roster

• Day: 6:00am–6:00pm

• Night: 6:00pm–6:00am

• 4–5 consecutive days off

• Saturday – 1.5x penalty rate

• Sunday – 2x penalty rate

• Immediate starts

• Ongoing work with long-term potential

• Full on-the-job training

THE ROSTER

2 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF
2 Days - 3 Nights - 4 Days OFF
3 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF

Weekend work is part of the roster, with approximately 2 weekends per month.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

You don't need to know the site from day one. Training will be provided across the machinery, processes and site procedures.
