Job summary

360 Personnel is seeking experienced Machine Operators / Forklift Operators for morning and afternoon shifts in Redbank, Queensland. The roles involve operating manufacturing equipment and forklifts to move steel mesh and reinforcing products within a busy production, warehouse and yard environment.

Successful applicants will hold a current LF Forklift Licence, have forklift and machine-operating experience, and be reliable with strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Previous forklift-operating experience.
• Previous machine-operating experience.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Experience handling steel, reinforcing products or construction materials.
• Previous manufacturing, production or yard experience.
• Strong understanding of safe materials-handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transport and availability for morning or afternoon shifts.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operating a forklift to move steel products and materials.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Handling steel mesh and reinforcing products.
• Moving materials throughout production, warehouse and yard areas.
• Preparing materials for production and dispatch.
• Assisting production and dispatch teams.
• Monitoring machinery during operation.
• Completing pre-start equipment inspections.
• Reporting equipment faults and safety concerns.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Shifts: Morning and afternoon shifts available

Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm–9:06pm
