Ben Furney Flour Mills in regional NSW is hiring an Automation Technician to oversee and optimize automated milling and processing systems. You will monitor operations, adjust machine settings, troubleshoot automation, and work with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth, safe runs.

A forklift licence is required for warehouse tasks; you must pass a pre-employment medical. The role offers rotating shifts and extensive training within a family‑oriented team that values reliability,

• Availability for rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts).
• Participation in a 2-day paid work trial.
• A current forklift licence is required for regular warehouse operations.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
• Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
• Basic computer literacy for operating automated machinery and maintaining digital records
