Job summary

Manildra Group is seeking a motivated milling operator to monitor, operate and maintain milling equipment, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the production team, undertake hygiene tasks, assist with wheat and flour testing, and keep accurate documentation. The role includes shift work on a rotating roster and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Curious nature and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Possess strong numeracy and English literacy skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and skills to pick up and learn new computer programs quickly.
