James Hardie Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Machine & Forklift Operator to join our Rosehill manufacturing team. You will operate concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machines, set up moulds, and perform forklift tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a current forklift license and a valid driver's license, and is willing to undertake manual labour as required. You will contribute to a fast-paced, safety‑focused environment with strong teamwork and

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machines
• Setting up and installing moulds and other machine fixtures
• Collecting and examining samples for conformity to specifications and adjusting machine settings accordingly
• Setting grinding and cutting edges
• Forklift pre-start checklist daily
• Unloading off machinery and moving product to necessary location
• Putting stock away and moving stock around using the forklift
• Performing manual handling tasks of up to 20kg
• Maintaining housekeeping standards across the work area

What You'll Be Doing
