James Hardie Australia is seeking a Machine Operator for our Ipswich plant. You will operate concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machines, set up molds, and ensure safe operation in a manufacturing environment.
A valid forklift license and a willingness to learn are essential. You will work across a 4-on/4-off rotation, with 12-hour day and night shifts, contributing to quality and efficiency while following safety procedures.
You will be flexible and open to work across rotation shift Pattern / 4 on 4 off
2 x 12hr day shifts - 6am-6pm, followed by / 2 x 12hr night shifts, 6pm-6am
As a Machine Operator, you will hold a valid Forklift License and bring experience from a similar manufacturing environment. You'll also have a willingness to learn the trade and develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.
