Job summary

Get Watched PTY LTD in Sydney is seeking an experienced Luxury Watch Sales Associate to join our licensed second-hand luxury watch showroom. This full-time, client-facing role requires strong luxury watch sales experience, excellent product knowledge and confidence handling pre-owned, high-value timepieces.

You will sell watches from leading brands, build relationships with VIP clients and support merchandising and showroom presentation while aiming to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury watch sales is required.
• Experience with pre-owned or second-hand luxury watches is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of major Swiss luxury watch brands, models and references.
• Knowledge or experience in fine jewellery, diamonds or luxury jewellery sales is a strong advantage.
• Proven sales experience within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or another high-value environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Confidence handling high-value transactions and dealing with discerning clients.
• Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Motivated by sales targets and commission-based earnings.
• Reliable, organised and able to work effectively within a team.
• Must be available to work one weekend day as part of the regular roster.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-owned luxury watches from leading brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega and other premium Swiss brands.
• Provide a high level of personalised service to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, trading and consigning luxury watches.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable watches based on preference, lifestyle and budget.
• Develop strong product knowledge across luxury watch brands, models, references, condition and current market values.
• Follow up sales enquiries across phone, email, social media and in-store channels.
• Assist with assessing watches offered for sale or trade, including condition, completeness and general marketability.
• Negotiate and close high-value sales professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate client, sales and transaction records.
• Follow internal procedures relevant to operating as a licensed second-hand dealer.
• Assist with merchandising, stock presentation and maintaining a premium showroom environment.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Support company events, promotions and other sales initiatives as required.
