Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to lead in-store presentation and activations across Sydney and Queensland.

You will translate campaigns and events into compelling retail experiences, elevating the client journey and supporting local business needs. The role requires hands-on merchandising expertise, vendor management, CAD skills, and strong organizational abilities in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, flowers.
• Vendor and Project Management experience
• Previous experience with CAD drawing skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum.
• Drive visual merchandising results with a particular focus on in store activations and events.
• Tracking and sharing the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
• Monitor the visual standards of all stores during events and activations.
• Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection.
