Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Sydney is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Specialist to elevate the client experience through innovative campaigns, events and in-store activations.

You will collaborate with the ANZ team, translating creative campaigns into impactful retail moments that align with local business needs. This role focuses on maintaining visual standards during events while supporting floor plans and product selection across stores.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling or related areas.
• Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, flowers.
• Vendor and Project Management experience.
• Previous experience with CAD drawing skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is at its best.
• Drive VM results with a focus on in-store activations and events.
• Track and share the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
• Monitor visual standards of stores during events and activations.

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced visual merchandising professional to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist (CVM). In this role, you will bring innovative visual merchandising initiatives to life to elevate the client experience and strengthen our retail presence. Working closely with the broader ANZ market, you will have a dedicated focus on Sydney and Queensland, translating creative campaigns, events and in-store activations into impactful experiences that support local business needs.

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will:

• Partner closely with the retail teams to ensure in-store presentation is always at its optimum
• Drive visual merchandising results with a particular focus on in store activations and events
• Tracking and sharing the effectiveness of creative campaigns
• Monitor the visual standards of all stores during events and activations
• Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection

To be successful in this role, you will:

• 3 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas, preferably luxury retail
• Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, props, furniture, flowers
• Vendor and Project Management experience
• Previous experience with CAD drawing skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
