Job summary

Merivale is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to drive excellence across a high-end, VIP-focused venue. You will lead from the front, set service standards, and ensure flawless operations from end to end to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You will also be responsible for developing the team, recruiting and coaching staff, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-end venues with a VIP/luxury focus.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering premium guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and set service standards across the venue.
• Ensure day-to-day operations and business performance are optimized.
• Upskill and develop team members around premium product knowledge and service standards.
• Oversee recruitment, engagement, training and development.
• Identify growth opportunities and activations to drive revenue.
• Manage costs, budgets and profitability to protect margins.
